All offers are without obligation. Quality Motors reserves the right to change prices and product information.
An agreement is concluded once an order has been confirmed.
4. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made using the payment methods provided on the website.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out as described on the delivery page. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
6. Retention of title
All products remain the property of Quality Motors until full payment has been received.
7. Liability
Quality Motors is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit.
8. Vehicles and registration
Vehicles such as scooters, motorcycles and cars are subject to additional legal regulations. Once registered, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a legal 14-day cooling-off period unless excluded by law or specific product conditions.
10. Warranty
Products and vehicles are covered by warranty according to applicable law and any additional conditions.
11. Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
