Return policy
At Quality Motors, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below you will find our return policy for products and vehicles.
1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
2. Return conditions
- The product must be unused and undamaged
- The product should be returned in its original packaging if possible
- Any depreciation due to use may be charged
3. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.
4. Refund
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
5. Exceptions – vehicles
Different rules apply to vehicles such as scooters, motorcycles and cars.
- Vehicles that have been registered (ownership transfer) cannot be returned
- Once registered, the right of withdrawal expires
- Vehicles are subject to specific legal regulations
6. Business purchases
No right of withdrawal applies to business (B2B) purchases.
